Unistaff.ai is a product of INNOVA CONSULT LTD., a Canadian federal corporation (number 1522612-1) based in Ottawa, Ontario. INNOVA CONSULT LTD. decides how the personal information described here is used and is responsible for it.

Questions and requests go to hello@unistaff.ai. A person reads every message.

The contact form asks for your name and work email, and optionally your company, role, industry and a message. The ROI calculator keeps the numbers you enter and, if you ask for a copy, your email address.

With each form we record how you reached the site: the first page you opened, the referring site, campaign tags in the link (utm and Google click id). A small first-party cookie named ks_src carries this from page to page. Your IP address is used to stop repeated automated submissions.

The demo lets you talk to the AI sales manager of a demo company. What you type is saved with the conversation, and the Unistaff team and that company's manager can read it in the manager's cabinet. Replies are written by a language model from a third-party AI provider, which receives the text of the conversation to produce them.

The assistant says it is an AI in its first message. A made-up name, phone and email work for a test, and we ask you to keep real personal details out of the demo.

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and form submissions. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland start with analytics and advertising storage switched off, and a banner lets them choose. The choice is remembered in your browser. Everywhere else analytics is on by default; you can block it with your browser settings or an extension without losing any part of the site.

To answer your message, to scope and run a pilot with your business, to send you the calculator copy you asked for, and to see which pages and channels bring people who write to us. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for others' advertising.

Form submissions are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database run by Neon in the United States. The site and the demo run on servers in the United States. Notification and copy emails are sent through Resend. Analytics data is processed by Google. Demo replies are generated by a third-party language-model provider.

These providers process the data for us under their own terms and security programmes. Information stored in the United States can be accessed by authorities there under US law.

We keep form submissions and demo conversations while they are needed to answer you or to run a pilot, and delete them when you ask. Rate-limit records keyed to an IP address are short-lived counters.

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you can ask what personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, withdraw consent and ask us to delete it. Write to hello@unistaff.ai from the address you used, and we will reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
